Queen’s Blade

As promised, here’s the rest of my Queen’s Blade figures! I’m not doing the cast-offs on these even though I can, because once they’re off, it’s difficult and time-consuming to get them back on.
Queen’s Blade is a series of tabletop role-playing books focused on 1-on-1 combat between pre-made characters. So, like D’n'D meets Street Fighter. The books and characters were popular and started a line of figures based on the characters – as well as integrating some of SNK’s characters such as Mai Shiranui and Samurai Spirits’ Iroha into their line-up
- First, there’s the regular version of Gate Keeper Alice.
- She’s got the pair of gun-knife things, one in each hand. Though the blue one’s a bit hard to see.
- Here’s another cute profile
- And finally a nice pantsu shot for you pervs out there.
- This one is Melona, the Thousand-Faces Assassin
- In the game, she’s able to take any form, but this is her default state, soft and gooey
- She’s also unique in that her pantsu (or what passes for such) come off as well
- As much as I like her, she’s got a major flaw… that ribbon of goo around her leg is covering up a big seam :(
- Next up is Airi, the devil maid. The stilt things on her base are meant to imply that she’s floating…
- I really love the combination of cute maid outfit, innocent looking face and the huge scythe.
- The detail’s no less intricate from behind either
- And in this you can see why I didn’t take their clothes off… it’s so hard to get them to stay on again. Tabs and things pop out when you least expect…
- Ninja Leader Shizuka!
- Like most kunoichi, she’s dressed as impractically as possible.
- But that’s okay, cause she looks great anyway.
- She even looks nice from the back.
- Here’s Elina, Captain of the Imperial Guard.
- Being an earlier edition, her details aren’t as nice as later ones. But I still like her.
- The spear was originally just a single piece of plastic. The painting I did myself.
- She’s got something sticky to her that collects the dust on her hair, maybe due to the paint that was used.
- Finally here’s Nyx, another older entry in the series.
- I really like the style and shininess of her dress
- It makes her rear shiny too. That wand of hers frightens me…
- Overall she’s a lovely witchy-poo.
Also, I’m really upset about this figure: Mai Shiranui Beach Version.
